1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have used less than 20% of the available tests
  • You experience technical issues that we cannot resolve
  • You are not satisfied with the service quality
  • Duplicate payment was made accidentally

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • You have used more than 20% of available tests
  • You have downloaded or accessed premium study materials
  • Your account was terminated due to policy violations
  • You change your mind after extensive usage
2. Free Trial Policy

Our 3-month free trial for the first 500 users has the following conditions:

  • No payment required during the free trial period
  • No refund applicable as no payment is made
  • Trial automatically expires after 3 months
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period
  • No charges will be applied unless you upgrade to a paid plan
3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed
4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds based on usage:

  • If you've used 10-20% of tests: 50% refund may be applicable
  • For technical issues affecting service: Pro-rated refund based on downtime
  • For subscription downgrades: Difference amount may be refunded
  • Each case is reviewed individually for fairness
5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation prevents future billing cycles
  • You retain access until the end of current billing period
  • No refund for the current billing cycle (unless within 7-day window)
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime

Technical Issues:

If you experience persistent technical problems that significantly impact your ability to use our platform, we may offer a full refund regardless of usage, provided you've worked with our support team to resolve the issues.
