MockQuiz.COM provides:
- NEET mock tests and real exam simulations
- Performance analytics and detailed reports
- Ranking systems at city, state, and national levels
- Parent dashboard for monitoring student progress
- Study materials and preparation resources
- Mobile and web-based access to all features
Account Creation:
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- Parental consent is required for users under 18 years of age
Account Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One account per student - multiple accounts are not permitted
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited
Free Trial:
- First 500 users receive 3 months free access
- No credit card required for free trial
- Free trial automatically expires after 3 months
Paid Subscriptions:
- Monthly and yearly subscription plans available
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or activity
- Share, distribute, or reproduce test content without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
- Use automated tools or bots to access the platform
- Upload malicious software or engage in hacking activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
All content on MockQuiz.COM, including but not limited to test questions, explanations, reports, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree that:
- All content remains the property of MockQuiz.COM
- You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Your use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes

Service Availability:
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
